2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login details secure. Orders for or involving a child must be placed and authorized by a parent, legal guardian, or other properly authorized adult.
3. Products and customization
Product photographs, colours, sizes, and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Screens, printing, handmade processes, materials, and cropping can create minor differences. You must review product options and supply clear, correctly spelled, lawful, and sufficiently high-quality photos, names, messages, and instructions.
4. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ycrafts a limited permission to store, edit, crop, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably needed to prepare, fulfil, deliver, and support your order. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it and that it does not violate privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. We may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or technically unsuitable.
5. Design previews and approvals
Where we provide a preview, you are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings, placement, cropping, and other details before approval. Approval authorizes production. Requests made after approval may be declined or treated as a new order. A preview viewed on a screen is not a guarantee of an exact printed colour.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean acceptance. We may verify payment, customization details, serviceability, product availability, and suspected fraud before accepting an order. A contract for the order is formed when we accept it by starting production, sending a specific acceptance, or dispatching the product. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. Applicable product price, tax, shipping, discount, and total are shown at checkout. Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, NetBanking, and cash on delivery for eligible orders or locations. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the amount shown. We may correct a genuine pricing or technical error before fulfilment and will offer cancellation and refund if you do not accept the corrected price.
8. Shipping, risk, and delivery
Shipping charges, processing estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, failed delivery, and delay handling are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law and courier delivery records. This clause does not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, lost, or incorrectly supplied goods.
9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Custom products have restricted cancellation and return eligibility because they are made to your specifications. The Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in those policies removes remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Website use and intellectual property
The website, brand, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and software are owned by Ycrafts or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You must not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, misuse accounts, make fraudulent orders, or use the website in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
11. Third-party services
Payments, delivery, maps, communications, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party acts beyond our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on Ycrafts.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Ycrafts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or costs arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the website, or your violation of another person’s rights, except to the extent the loss was caused by Ycrafts or cannot legally be allocated to you.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, power or network failure, epidemic, government action, civil disturbance, or supplier and courier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume fulfilment.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer right to approach a competent consumer commission or other authority, courts with jurisdiction in Salem, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.
16. Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The version posted when an order is accepted will generally govern that order unless a legal change requires otherwise. If one provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
