Ycrafts makes personalized photo frames, keychains, and custom gifts to your instructions. Production may begin soon after an order and usable customization details are received. Please review this Cancellation Policy before ordering.
1. Cancellation window
You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order or before customization or production starts, whichever happens first. A request is not confirmed until Ycrafts acknowledges it in writing. We recommend contacting us immediately if you made a mistake.
2. When an order cannot be cancelled
An order generally cannot be cancelled after design work, photo processing, engraving, printing, cutting, assembly, procurement of special materials, packing, or dispatch has started. Orders already approved through a design preview, bulk orders, rush orders, and items made to unusual specifications may become non-cancellable earlier.
3. How to request cancellation
Email admin@ycrafts.in or call +91 7010813231 with your order number, customer name, phone number, and reason for cancellation. Do not share passwords, OTPs, full card details, or UPI PINs. We will confirm whether production has started and whether cancellation is possible.
4. Changes instead of cancellation
If production has not started, we may be able to correct a name, message, photo, colour, product option, or delivery address. Changes can affect price and delivery estimates. Once a design is approved or production begins, requested changes may be declined or charged as a new order.
5. Refund for an approved cancellation
For an approved prepaid cancellation, we generally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time. If no payment was collected for a cash-on-delivery order, no refund is due. Shipping or payment charges already irreversibly incurred may be deducted only where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
6. Cancellation by Ycrafts
We may cancel an order if payment fails, required customization content is not provided, supplied content is unlawful or technically unusable, the delivery location is not serviceable, a product or material is unavailable, pricing or inventory contains a genuine error, or fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.
7. Refused or undeliverable orders
Refusing a dispatched cash-on-delivery order or repeatedly providing an incorrect or unreachable address may cause us to restrict cash-on-delivery availability for future orders. Re-shipping an undeliverable order may require payment of additional shipping charges.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Quality, damage, and incorrect-item claims are handled under our Refund Policy.
